D. Driving Record Check
E. Proof of Auto Insurance
F. Adult Protective Services (APS) Central Registry Check
G. Child Welfare Services (CWS) Central Registry Check
***PROSPECTIVE CAREGIVERS or CHILD CARE provider MUST AT LEAST HAVE THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO START DATE OF EMPLOYMENT:
A. CPR Card (Current)
B. First Aid Card
C. TB Clearance
