Q. How is quality care ensured?

A. We screen, interview, and check references of all our staff and caregivers thoroughly. We also provide NATIONWIDE background checks and Adult Protective Services (APS) Central Registry Check. Also our staff and CARE GIVERS are bonded for your home protection.

Q. Can the CARE GIVER/CHILD CARE provider administer medical care such as injection, medication, medical diagnosis?

A. No. All CARE GIVERS/CHILD CARE provider are only there to provide non-medical care. If there is a need for medical service, please contact your medical provider immediately.

Q. How can the client know that they will get along with the CARE GIVER/CHILD CARE provider?

A. We will ensure that you and your CAREGIVER or CHILD CARE provider are compatible and comfortable with each other.

Q. What is the minimum number of hours for service?

A. Minimum number of hours for short term service is 5 days per week at a minimum of four (4) hours per day. We can also provide 24 hours LIVE-IN care, both for long term and short term care.

Q. Are the CARE GIVERS/CHILD CARE providers available on the weekends?

A. CARE GIVERS are available 24 hours, 7 days a week and on holidays.

Q. Can you provide services that are not listed?

A. Providing that the services requested are non-medical, and within our scope, we will more than likely be able and happy to assist you.
